First of all, well done for clicking the button that brought you here, it’s never easy to seek help, especially for something that should be so natural. We know where you are and we know how difficult it is and we know how far you must have come to have found us. HOW? simple, we have both been through this process!

In other words we mean that real change in our lives is hard. Learning is hard and the truth is, this may be the hardest thing you ever do, however…if you are ready to change, YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.
Sleep deprivation is used as a form of torture and if you can’t to sleep in your everyday life it doesn’t take long for it to begin to fall apart:
- Your ability to concentrate reduces
- Your patience evaporates
- Your enjoyment of life diminishes
- Living becomes hellish.
The truth of it is this, you probably know all the things to do, you’ve read all the advice, you have strip-search google and wrung out every bit of useful information.
However, where you have probably fallen down is the application and long term integration of these ‘sleep’ skills to your daily living. You’ve probably found excuses to not change or commit to the skills and patterns of life that help train the mind and body back into being able to rest well, and this is Ok. It’s hard to learn and then implement new skill by yourself, many of us fail at this. People use personal trainers, coaches and mentors for everything from business through to sport.
So why should sleep be any different?…guess what, it isn’t!
This is a workshop where we listen to your current methods and gently teach you how to assimilate and utilise the tools so that they work effectively in your life, consistently, throughout the day and then into the night time, teaching your own body and psyche how to implement quality rest and sleep regularly.
THIS IS THE OPPORTUNITY TO OVERCOME SLEEP PROBLEMS AND TRAIN YOURSELF TO REST DEEPLY

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There is no minimum age for this event, however do please consider that each participant Will need to be able to sit and focus for sustained periods…
What can I bring into the event?
for this event you should bring warm blankets, yoga mats, pillows & duvets. You will be quite still for up to an hour and a half so it’s important to make sure you are warm and comfortable. We encourage you to bring everything you need.
